2012 is shaping up to be an epic year, particularly in sporting prowess terms. Just some of the sporting genius that has been taking place around us all lately includes Andy Murray’s superb performance at Wimbledon to become the first Brit to reach the final since the fantastic Fred Perry in 1936, Euro 2012 showcased its fancy footwork last month and saw England reach the quarter-finals and now the 2012 Olympics are just around the corner… we’re breaking a sweat just typing this.

Here at the Galt HQ we’re feeling inspired and never wanting to be outdone, we’re going to be playing homage to this magical sporting year in our own special way. We’re going to re-discover our 80’s sweatbands, dig out our (Olympic) torch from the toy box and touch our toes ten times, so we’re all ready and limbered up for the one and only ‘Great Galt Toys, office Olympics’ – Our tribute to the 2012 games.
We’re hoping to compete in paper basketball, speedy computer log-in, photocopier relay sprints, office chair rowing and miniature ten pin bowling to bag ourselves a whole host of gold medallions and silver tin foil stars but where would sport be without a little competition?
Mini Sports
This is where you come in…. in true sporting style we challenge you to have your own mini Olympics in your front room. You could even use our mini sports pack and we bet you a gold chocolate coin you can’t beat our miniature ten pin bowling score! As well as bowling, the pack includes traditional marble games and mini goal and keeper.
